One thing that I always want people to know, when they come across my site, weather it be an article that matched an interest, meditation tips, or maybe they are ready to understand more about spiritual health and the journey to self peace and balance. This is an absolute judgement free environment. Here, we are all about positive vibes, helping hands, and deep connection. After all, it’s my job, and passion. We are all beautiful souls! 🖤

My name is Jamie Zuzak. I’am a Certified Energy Healer & Meditation Practitioner. Or “coach” for a more casual sense. lol.

I have always been drawn to helping others, giving materials to help others grow, and how to form a spiritual connection with not only yourself, but also those around you. You’ll even understand how to connect with everything around you! No matter who you are, or what you do for a living, we all need balance in our lives. Here, you will physically, emotionally, and mentally connect to a deeper energy and learn how to balance emotions, relationships, your chakras, your personal energy, and even to give off your energy to others that may need those special well wishes and such. But trust me, that’s not all. And we will get into each topic!

So, before I write all of the goodies, surly there has to be more to my story, right?

Well, that answer is, yes!

Within my “job” (more like lifestyle) I’m also a mom of three children, and a wife. Married to my best friend and 3x blessed. Within the whole process of me finding who I am, what I needed to work with to open my mind to this journey, I can honestly say that where I am right now, as a mother and wife, I am definitely in my comfort spot in life. Which is what we all desperately need, right? We just want to find out where we fit in, what we want out of life, I mean.. where shall we be in the next 5-10 years?! Usually a mystery.. Though, it doesn’t have to be! Just sometimes we need a little extra help understanding our purpose and our path.

So, I wouldn’t say that I’m comfortable because I am where everyone needs to be. No. What I’m saying is, that being a mother came to be my calling, it was my path and who I am. We all have a different calling. Or, sometimes the same. Make sense?

Well, no worries! You will soon understand the “method to my madness.” (Always wanted to say that)

Interesting fact. When I’m not blogging, moming, all of that, I am a total DIY fan. I LOVE being crafty & creative. If it’s not hand crafted, I’m simply not doing it. Which brings me to another cool thing that I think you may enjoy…🤔

I own an Etsy shop. But wait! I own an Etsy shop, because that’s where I list my healing crystals and gemstones. Which I am totally obsessed with! I also provide learning modules, wire wrapped jewelry, and some other things. But let me explain how this came about. (btw if you’re a crafter, Etsy is an awesome platform for sellers! and obviously buyers. lol)

So, before I became a Certified Energy Healer & Meditation Practitioner, I was of course learning, and interested in all of the energy sources, so naturally, crystals and gemstones came along. It was love at first site! And me being the crafty mama that I am, I was dabbling in jewelry making at the time. I soon came to a light bulb moment.. 🤯 ..I’m going to make Crystal and gem jewelry!! I was so excited at my new idea! And I quickly noticed while looking up information and tutorials on Pinterest, that not only did wire wrapping look beautiful with these healing stones, it was also a vital part of the creation process. Plus, I put together that of course the copper wire and the energy from the stones together, made the energy even stronger.

So, there I was. Making jewelry to wear and for others that enjoyed it, also. Which now I’m sure the decision to me making an Etsy shop is pretty self explanatory now. It’s something that I enjoy, because it goes into my line of work. It was a pretty cool addition to everything that I do.

Then, I decided to go for my certification in Natural health. And here I am!😌
